Talk to Myra

A safe space to talk. Support when you need it most.

Certified in Mental Health First Aid, I provide compassionate early support conversations for emotional distress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, and life challenges. My role is to listen, support, and connect you with the right resources when needed.

Mission

About Me

I believe every person deserves support when they need it most. Sometimes, in moments of stress, overwhelm, or emotional distress, what we need most is simply someone willing to listen without judgment. Having experienced firsthand what it feels like to struggle without support, I made the decision to become that person for others. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. You do not have to carry your stress alone — sometimes healing begins with a single conversation, and I am here to walk alongside you through it.

What Mental Health First Aid Means

I am not a therapist, counselor, or crisis center, but I am here to help bridge the gap and guide you toward the right care. My role is to listen and ensure you don’t have to carry your stress alone.

Mental Health First Aid is immediate, early support provided during emotional or mental health challenges — similar to physical first aid. I offer compassionate support, grounding techniques, and essential resource connection.
